1. Digital delivery
TV Empire is a digital service. After your payment is confirmed, your login credentials (Xtream Codes or M3U) are delivered electronically by email, typically within minutes. There is no physical shipment. If you do not receive your credentials, contact support and we will resend them promptly.
2. Free trial first
We encourage every customer to use a free trial before subscribing, so you can confirm channel quality, 4K stability, and device compatibility on your own connection. This is the best way to avoid a mismatch before you pay.
3. Money-back guarantee
If the service does not work as described and our support team cannot resolve the issue, you may request a refund within the guarantee window stated at checkout. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
4. Refund eligibility
Refunds apply where a genuine, unresolved service fault prevents normal use. Refunds may not apply where the issue is caused by your own internet connection, device, or local network, or where substantial use has occurred. We will always try to fix the problem first.
5. How to request a refund
Email our support team with your account email and a description of the issue. We will troubleshoot with you, and if the problem cannot be resolved within the guarantee window, process an eligible refund.
6. Cancellation
You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals. Your access continues until the end of the paid term unless an eligible refund is issued.
