1. Acceptance of terms
By purchasing or using a TV Empire subscription you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
2. The service
TV Empire provides access to streaming content delivered over the internet for use on supported devices. Access is granted per the plan you purchase, including its number of simultaneous connections and maximum resolution. Channel and VOD line-ups may change over time.
3. Accounts & credentials
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Credentials are for your own use within your plan's connection limit. Sharing credentials beyond your plan's allowance, or reselling without an authorized reseller agreement, may result in suspension.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to use the service only for lawful, personal purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction. You may not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service or its infrastructure.
5. Payment & billing
Subscriptions are billed for the term selected at checkout. Prices are shown before purchase. See our Refund Policy for cancellation and refund terms.
6. Availability
We work to keep the service stable and available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Streaming quality depends on factors outside our control, including your internet connection, device, and local network.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TV Empire is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your current subscription term.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms. You may cancel at any time as described in our Refund Policy.
